We’re Now in Your Pocket - The Citylink App!

Irish Citylink are delighted to announce the launch of their new customer app which promises to have Citylink In Your Pocket.
The app is a one stop shop for all things Citylink and is the best way to buy tickets, check timetables, track your bus, find and manage existing bookings, and to stay up to date with the latest news. The app also sends push notifications which inform ticket holders of any updates on their selected journey.
Tickets purchased with an existing account on the Citylink website will appear on the app when logged in using the same credentials. The app also has integrations with Apple Pay and Google Pay, meaning tickets can be bought using your registered information.
To download the app, all users need to do is head to the App Store or Google Play Store and search ‘Irish Citylink’ and download the app.
Irish Citylink’s Regional General Manager, Sarah Comer, had this to say
“We are very pleased to launch our app. The vast majority of our passengers use their mobile devices to book their tickets and to engage with us and so it just makes sense to make that journey as straightforward as possible by providing customers with a robust, easy to use app. The design is deliberately sleek and simple and we are really happy with the accessibility of it.”
Passengers were invited to join in the testing of the app ahead of its launch and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. See below for some of the feedback received during the Beta testing phase.
