    Lost Property

    If you have lost an item on any of our services, we require that you email us directly at [email protected] 

    or, send us an online query through our Send a Message option using Lost Property as your query type.


    Please include the following information:


    *Date and time of Travel

    *Direction/destination of service

    *Description of item (size, colour, brand, contents, etc.)


    We endeavour to respond to your query within 24 to 48 hours to verify if we have the item you described in our Lost Property storage.

    Please allow for additional response time during Bank Holidays and Weekends
