A section of the N58 (Straide Road) between Ballyvary and Ballylahan is set to fully close for an extended period, from August 11th [11/08/2026] until December 4th [04/12/2026] (inclusive) for roadworks. 
 
A diversion will operate during these months and we expect some delays to services may occur, especially at peak commuting times. On Route 430, our Ballyvary and Foxford stops will remain unaffected for pick up and drop off. As always, we ask that passengers allow for additional journey time as a result of these works, especially for connections and for any other type of appointment (eg. hospital appointment) across Route 430.
 
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these months and thank you for your patience while these extended roadworks are completed.

Due to heavier than normal traffic levels delays are expected on Route 763 as a result of planned road closures. 

• From 10:00am on Monday, 10 August until 6:00am on Tuesday, 11 August

Route 660, 760, 761 & 721 Service Update 

Please be advised that planned roadworks will result in the following road closure:

• M6 Westbound between Junction 6 (Moate East) and Junction 5 (Tullamore)
• From 10:00am on Monday, 10 August until 6:00am on Tuesday, 11 August

During this period, all traffic will be diverted via the R446 (old Dublin to Galway Road).

As a result, delays are expected and journey times may be longer than usual. Passengers are advised to allow additional time for their journey and to plan ahead where possible.
