Luggage Allowance

Whether your travels take you to the airport or any other point on our network, we offer a generous luggage allowance. To allow as many passengers as possible to carry their luggage, we ask that passengers bring:

We advise passengers to clearly label their luggage with their name and contact details. We also supply free luggage tags for your convenience which are available from our Galway and Dublin City offices. Please note that any size luggage with any size wheels must be stored in the luggage compartment. Additional luggage may be subject to a charge of 5 euro per item. The Driver's decision is final if an item can be brought on board or must be placed in the luggage compartment of the coach.

Bicycles

We are happy to carry bicycles in the luggage compartment of our coaches however we cannot guarantee space in the undercarriage. This rule also applies to other large items such as musical instruments, sporting equipment etc. Luggage will be prioritised. Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book bicycles.

Lost Property

If you have lost any property on one of our coaches please visit our lost property section. Each week Irish Citylink finds many items which go unclaimed. We hold these items for a period of 30 days, after which we donate them to various charities. The following are the charities Irish Citylink currently donates unclaimed items to; mobile phones are donated to Jack & Jill Foundation. Reading glasses are donated to Specsavers for their Vision Aid Program which recycles reading glasses and sends them to developing countries. Clothing and books are donated to the NCBI.
