Ticket Amendments?

If you need to change the time or date of a booked ticket just contact us in advance on 091 564164 or email info@eireagle.com and we will make the changes.

Delayed Flights?

If you book a seat for a particular time and your flight is delayed we will honor your ticket and put you on the next available service.

Luggage Allowance

You can bring two medium sized suitcases or rucksacks (no more than 20kg each) and one small piece of carry-on luggage free of charge. Please note carry-on luggage must be capable of being placed in the overhead luggage rack or under the seat in front of you. Additional luggage may be subject to a charge of €5 per item.

Toilet Facilities

All of our luxury coaches feature on-board toilets.

Q: Where is the pickup point in Dublin City?
A: We depart from Aston Quay between O Connell Bridge and the Ha ‘Penny Bridge outside the Forbidden Planet Comic Store and Eden Recruitment.
Q: Can I carry a bike on board the coach?
A: Yes, Citylink will carry bicycles in the undercarriage if there is room available. There is a €5 charge payable to the driver. Unfortunately it is not possible to Pre-book bicycles.
Q: Can I park at Galway Coach Station.
A: Yes, there is a public car park under the coach station. Access is via the entrance road to the Radisson Hotel. Qpark offer a special rate of only €5 per day to Citylink customers. To avail of this rate simply show your Citylink ticket at the information desk when paying for your parking.
Q: Do Citylink have a service to/from Shannon Airport?
A: No, Citylink do not operate a service to/from Shannon Airport.
Q: Can I board the Express Service to Dublin at the GMIT?
A: No. You can only board the Express Service to Dublin at Galway Coach Station. Please see the Pick Up Points tab at the top of the page for a map.
Q: How much luggage can I bring on the coach with me?

Q: Can I board the coach at Dublin City going to Dublin Airport?
A: No, Dublin City is only a drop off point going to Dublin Airport.
Q: Can I buy a ticket on a service for e.g. Galway to Cork and get off in Limerick City for a few hours?
A: No, if you disembark the coach your ticket expires. You would need to buy two single tickets.
Q: I can’t print my booked ticket can I board the coach with just the booking reference?
A: You can also show your ticket on the screen of your smart phone or tablet.
Q: Does Citylink have a service from Cork City to Dublin City?
A: No, Citylink do not have a service from Cork to Dublin. Citylink have services from Cork to Limerick & Galway.Galway to Dublin City & Airport. Galway to Clifden.
Q: My ticket is booked under the wrong name do I need to change it?
A: Once you have a visible ticket for the driver you do not need to change the name on the ticket.
Q: Can I send a package on the coach?
A: No, if you are not traveling on the coach we cannot take a package.
Q: Can I bring my pet on the coach or in the undercarriage?
A: No animals other than a guide dog accompanying a registered handler are allowed on the coach.
Q: What age is a child ticket?
A: All Children aged 4 to 14 years inclusive can benefit from our great value Child fares.
Q: Can my infant travel for free?
A: One infant aged 0-3 years inclusive and accompanied by an adult fare-paying passenger, will be carried free of charge. Any additional infants, accompanied by the same adult will be charged at child fares.
Q: Can I use my Free Travel Pass on your services?
A: We accept Free Travel Passes on our Galway - Clifden Services, our Galway - Cork Services and our Galway - Athlone- Dublin Commuter Services. We do not accept Free Travel Passes on our Galway - Dublin City & Airport Express Services or eireagle.com Services.
Q: I have lost property on the coach what do I do?
A: If you have lost property on one of our coaches please fill in out lost property form. We will contact you as soon as possible only if your item has been found. Tax Saver Tickets
Q: Do Citylink offer refunds?
A: Citylink do not offer refunds, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Q: How do I make a complaint?

Q: My flight is delayed I have a booked ticket what do I do?
A: If you book a seat for a particular time and your flight is delayed Citylink will honor your ticket and put you on the next available service.

Q: Is there a toilet on board the coach?
A: There are toilet facilities on all our Express services but may not be on all our Commuter service. If needs be please approach the driver will stop in the next town for you.
Q: Can I change the time/date on my booked ticket?
A: Yes we can amend a ticket for you once you contact us in advance of the date and time you are booked to travel please call the Citylink office on 091 564 164. Please note no changes are permitted to promotional fares purchased online.
