Irelands First Food Truck Festival in Limerick

The Limerick international food truck festival is taking place in the people's park Limerick from June 1st to June 5th. The Limerick international food truck festival will the first of its kind in Ireland. The festival features international cuisine from all over the world paired with a vintage carnival, live music, and with a vintage a DJ. Fresh barbecued lobster, delicious lobster rolls, traditional fish and chips, steamed mussels and clams and amazing flaggy shore oysters - raw or beignet. Yum!


2. Pig on a spit from Adare Farm 



All of Adare Farms meats are reared on their farm in Adare. If you prefer Chicken Lamb, Beef, Turkey or Salmon those are available also.

3. Crepes from le Petit Briton


The savoury crêpes are made from buckwheat flour (a naturally gluten free product) while the sweet crêpes are made from wheat flour.


4. Slow cooked BBQ pulled pork Poutine with homemade coleslaw from Paddy Poutine

Galway's first dedicated poutinerie serving fresh hand cut fries, topped with delicious squeaky cheesye curds and smothered in a special gravy mix. This is no good there will be no need for guilt afterward.
